Meet Luke Lavenski, a professionally trained chef who has been working in kitchens for 11 years. Luke has been at the helm of places like Rhubarb (RIP🪦), Village Bakery, The Restoration Hotel, and currently Strada/Gemelli. Before Luke moved to Asheville, he earned a culinary arts degree at Pierpont Culinary Academy in West Virginia, where he grew up making pierogi in his sweet grandmother’s kitchen. Outside of cooking, Luke really enjoys seeing live music, practicing banjo, hanging out with friends, or jumping into the nearest swimming hole…. If he can get any free time from our cats, that is.

Now we meet Katarina (spoiler alert, that's me!), an Asheville native! I am an environmental educator turned beer enthusiast (but *self proclaimed* not the annoying kind) and have done everything from brewing to packaging to bartending and everything in between. I currently work at Leveller Brewing Co. doing events/social media/putting beer in cups/making corny ass jokes (this can be verified). I have always loved cooking and learned most things from YouTube University and the rest from my sweetie, Luke. Whenever I’m not being annoying about beer, I like to go on walks and gawk over other people’s gardens, catch some live music, hangout with my snake Fluffy, and sit on my porch doing absolutely nothing. I really love to garden and find a lot of joy in cooking dank ass food with vegetables that I grew from a seed #sustainability I am extremely excited to serve you all food that will be made with so much intention and love. Holy shit, we are so grateful.
